Bribie Island is located an hours drive north of Brisbane and a 45 minute drive from Brisbane Airport. Bribie Island is the only Queensland island connected to the mainland by bridge and is 34km long and 8km wide. The Island has a diverse landscape and one third of the Island is National Park.

We have the best of both worlds on Bribie on the western side of the Island we have the calm waters of The Pumicestone Passage separating us from the mainland. On the eastern side we have kilometres of pristine beaches and the chilled out township of Woorim.

Bribie has so much diversity to offer visitors. You can chill out on the passage throw a line in and watch the world pass by or hop in a 4wd and enjoy the km’s of beach driving taking in the sights of Fort Bribie and the scattered Gun Turrets still standing from WW2. We also have 2 pristine golf courses and three bowls clubs.

In June 2015 The Sandstone Point Hotel opened its doors to the public. The Hotel is nestled on the banks of the passage and is an impressive establishment. There is always something happening at the hotel and we have enjoyed many concerts with names such as Bryan Adams, Mariah Carey, Jimmy Barnes and Suzi Quatro to name a few. Its not just for the adults they also have inflatable water parks and inflatable world, during school holidays. There is also a BIG4 park next to the Hotel with a $1.5m water park.

We are blessed to live on this beautiful Island paradise and hope you come and join us one day for a visit.
